How can I order Samples & Decants?
To order niche perfume samples or decants, visit our “Shop” page.
Choose your favorite brand, select the fragrance and desired size — from 1 ml testers to 10 ml atomizers.
What will I receive?
You will receive a hand-decanted fragrance, carefully poured from the original perfume bottle into a brand-new sterile vial.
Does the 1 ml sample have a sprayer?
No. Our 1 ml sample comes in a glass vial with a secure plastic cap — without a sprayer.
Do 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml vials have sprayers?
Yes. All of these sizes come in premium glass atomizers with fine mist sprayers for a luxurious experience.
Can I personalize the label?
Yes, personalization is available! Please contact us in advance if you’d like to add initials, a name, or a short note on the label.
Are returns accepted?
All sales are final.
Samples and decants are made individually to order and cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons.
Please ask any questions before purchasing. Once shipped, returns and refunds are not available.
What is the order processing time?
The package will be shipped after the order is processed, not from the moment of purchase.
Shipping & Handling — How long does it take?
Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days after payment via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
During peak times, it may take up to 3–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email — please check your inbox and spam folders.
Note: USPS offices are closed on weekends and holidays; these are not counted as business days.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all decant orders over $99.99 within the continental U.S.
This excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military or air-force addresses.
What happens if my package is returned due to an address error or expired forwarding?
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, forwarding expired, or the parcel was unclaimed,
we will refund the order amount minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
How are decants prepared?
Each decant is carefully hand-filled in a sanitized workspace using sterile glass atomizers and precision equipment.
We never pre-fill or reuse vials. Every order is freshly prepared to ensure the highest quality and purity.
